BONHAM CHRYSLER · PLAN YOUR NEXT STEP
Start with the vehicle that is affecting your operation most. Give the advisor enough detail to discuss the correct appointment, inspection access and diagnostic scope.
VIN, unit number, make, model, engine, mileage and engine hours if available. Include the service body, rack, auxiliary equipment, height or other upfit details.
Which vehicle is out of service? What message or symptom appeared? Explain towing, hauling, idling and dusty-road use, along with the business deadline you are trying to manage.
Name the person who can approve testing and repairs. Agree on the contact method, initial authorization and next update. Bring previous findings when a vehicle has already been inspected elsewhere.
Confirm the estimate for each vehicle. Prices exclude tax, shop supplies where applicable and disposal fees. Review current service offers.
The right oil. The right filter. A clear price.
Start with an inspection. Understand the next step.
Help your tires wear evenly. Keep your next visit simple.
Find the cause before choosing a replacement.
For each vehicle, provide its VIN, unit number if used, mileage, engine and service history. Include engine hours where available and describe towing, hauling, idling, jobsite or dusty-road use. Tell us which vehicles are currently out of service and which can be scheduled around your operations. Clear priorities help the team discuss a practical appointment plan.
Maintenance should follow each vehicle’s specifications and operating conditions. Coordinate gas or diesel oil service, brake inspections, tires and alignment, and battery checks as needed. Review prior records to identify what is due; one mileage interval does not fit every truck or duty cycle.
For RAM 2500 and RAM 3500 trucks, our diesel and heavy-duty service team supports routine maintenance, diagnostics and repairs. For other makes, gasoline vehicles and specialized work bodies, tell us the exact vehicle and requested work so the advisor can confirm the supported service path before the visit. Describe warning messages, reduced power, hard starting, leaks or other changes in operation. If your vehicle has a chassis-cab configuration, an upfit or specialized equipment, provide the details in advance so the advisor can confirm the work available for that setup.
Designate the person who can authorize work and provide a reachable contact number. Ask the advisor to separate the immediate concern from other maintenance recommendations and to review the estimate before repairs proceed. Discuss scheduling around your business needs. Completion timing depends on diagnosis, workload, parts and approved repairs; confirm the plan for each vehicle.
Maintain the trucks you own and plan ahead with our commercial vehicle resources, RAM 2500, RAM 3500 and RAM ProMaster pages. Your service and sales needs can change as routes, loads and jobs change.
Yes. Contact our service team with a vehicle list, the requested work and your operating priorities. The advisor can discuss scheduling and maintenance needs for each vehicle.
Yes. Bonham Chrysler provides maintenance, diagnostics and repair support for Cummins-powered RAM Heavy Duty trucks. Include each truck’s VIN and current concerns.
Review the current offer and your vehicle’s requirements with the advisor. Gas oil service includes up to 5 quarts; diesel oil service starts at $149.99 for up to 12 quarts and the applicable filter. Extra oil and vehicle requirements may affect the estimate. Prices exclude tax, shop supplies where applicable, and disposal fees.
Completion timing is confirmed by the advisor and depends on diagnosis, appointment availability, parts and the approved repair scope. Discuss vehicles that are out of service and your scheduling priorities when you call.
Provide VINs, mileage, engine details, service history, symptoms and how each vehicle is used. Include a contact who can authorize estimates and details about upfits or specialized equipment.
