What is included in your oil change?
Your visit starts with matching the oil and filter to the vehicle. Our gas offers include up to five quarts of full synthetic oil and the applicable filter; the diesel offer includes up to twelve quarts and the applicable filter. We also include a multi-point inspection and fluid check/top-off. Ask your advisor to review the full estimate, including any extra oil, before work begins.
How often should you change your oil?
Follow the maintenance instructions for your exact model year and engine, along with the oil-life system where equipped. Mileage alone does not describe every vehicle’s use. Tell your advisor about towing, extended idling, dusty roads, short trips and the date of the last oil change. Bring prior service records if you have them; we can help identify what is due without applying one interval to every vehicle.
Gasoline, diesel and electric vehicles need different care
A gas-powered Dodge Durango, a Cummins-powered RAM Heavy Duty and a Chrysler Pacifica do not necessarily use the same oil, capacity or filter. Share your VIN when scheduling. A fully electric vehicle does not require an engine oil change; it still needs the maintenance specified for its systems. Can I combine an oil change with other maintenance?
Yes. Include any tire rotation, brake inspection, battery check or other requested maintenance when scheduling so the team can review the work and estimate.
Do you service RAM diesel trucks?
Yes. Bonham Chrysler provides diesel oil service and repair support for RAM Heavy Duty trucks, including Cummins-powered models. Provide the VIN and engine details when requesting an estimate.
