A factory order starts with the vehicle you want rather than only the combinations already in stock. Bonham helps you review available factory choices, confirm which combinations can be ordered, and put the build and pricing terms in writing.
We assist with RAM, Jeep, Dodge and Chrysler factory-order inquiries. Availability depends on the model, model year, allocation and current order bank. A request starts the conversation; we confirm the factory can accept the proposed configuration before treating it as an accepted order.

Price protection you can understand
Bonham honors the manufacturer’s sold-order price-protection program on eligible factory orders. We confirm the protected vehicle price and applicable program terms in your written order documents.
Your agreed vehicle
Your order documents identify the configuration and pricing terms. If you request a different model, equipment or build, we review the changes and any effect on pricing and eligibility with you.

Eligible manufacturer rebates can be locked in when you place your sold order. At delivery, we compare your protected order-time incentives with the current incentives you qualify for and apply the better eligible program set. We confirm what is protected in writing when you order. Manufacturer eligibility and combination rules apply; vehicle-price protection is documented separately.
Straightforward pricing for standard orders
Our standard factory-order program does not add a market adjustment. Limited-production and special-allocation vehicles are excluded from that standard program and receive a separate written quote before any commitment. Factory options, accessories, upfits and optional products are identified in your quote.

Home or business delivery is separate from the manufacturer’s destination charge for shipping a new vehicle to the dealership. Review the vehicle selling price and any applicable destination charge in your written quote.

Ordering a RAM for towing or an upfit?
Start with your workload. For a RAM 1500, RAM 2500 or RAM 3500 pickup, share your loaded trailer, hitch load, passengers and cargo. Equipment choices affect the truck you need; a model’s advertised maximum is not the rating of every configuration.
For a RAM 3500 Chassis Cab, bring the body drawing, installed weight, cab-to-axle requirement and any auxiliary equipment needs. Factory chassis production and body installation are separate stages, with their own availability, costs and timing.

Factory-order questions, answered
Can I factory order a RAM, Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler through Bonham?
Yes, we help with custom factory-order inquiries for these brands. The specific model and configuration must be available in the current order bank and accepted by the manufacturer. We review availability and any allocation restrictions before you commit.
Will Bonham honor sold-order price protection?
Yes. We honor the manufacturer’s sold-order price-protection program on eligible orders and identify the protected vehicle price and applicable terms in writing. Changes to the agreed build are reviewed separately.
Can I lock in rebates and still get a better offer at delivery?
Yes, for eligible sold orders and incentives. We confirm which manufacturer rebates can be protected when you order. When your vehicle arrives, we compare those protected incentives with the current incentives you qualify for and apply the better eligible program set. You keep the benefit of protected rebates if offers decline and can benefit if eligible offers improve. Program eligibility and combination rules apply; your written order identifies the protected vehicle price and incentives.
Does Bonham add a market adjustment to factory orders?
Our standard factory-order program has no added market adjustment. Limited-production and special-allocation vehicles are outside that standard program and are quoted separately. Review the agreed vehicle, optional items and charges in writing before placing your order.
How much is the documentary fee?
Our documentary fee is $225. It is not a government fee. Applicable taxes, title and registration charges, optional selections and any delivery charge are separately identified in your purchase quote.
How much is the deposit, and is it refundable?
We provide the deposit amount and refund or cancellation terms in writing for the proposed order before you pay. Review those terms alongside the agreed build and price-protection details.
How long does a factory order take?
Timing depends on the model, order acceptance, factory scheduling, parts availability and transport. A commercial upfit can add a separate completion stage. We discuss the information available for your order and update the plan as its status changes; we do not publish a universal delivery deadline.
Can I change my order after submitting it?
Tell us promptly. Available changes depend on the order’s production stage and manufacturer rules. We check whether a change is possible and explain its effect on configuration, timing and pricing before proceeding.
Can I trade in my vehicle or use my own financing?
Yes, discuss your trade and financing preference early. A preliminary trade estimate may change with mileage, condition and market conditions before delivery. We explain the final appraisal and lender requirements separately from the factory order.
Can you deliver my factory order outside Texas?
Yes. We coordinate delivery beyond Texas as well as within the state. We deliver door to door at no charge up to 300 miles from Bonham, with delivery quotes available beyond that. Share your registration and delivery addresses when requesting your order quote.
