The conditions behind the symptom matter
A vibration during braking, a loss of power uphill and a noise with a trailer may feel similar from the driver’s seat but point to different inspections. Explain when the concern appears, what changes it and any recent repairs. Bonham’s diagnostic approach focuses on finding the cause before treating an alignment, sensor or major assembly as the automatic answer.
Ask about same-day diagnosis when available. Arrival time, technician availability and the testing required affect timing. Agree on the initial diagnostic authorization and next update; review the findings and repair estimate before additional work. Diagnosis and completed repair are separate steps.
Brakes, tires and everyday car repair
For a car or SUV, a pull can involve more than alignment and a weak start can involve more than the battery. Bonham provides inspections and diagnostic work across makes, with the findings explained before the repair decision. Cooling, cabin comfort, engine performance and electrical concerns can be included in the work request.
List the symptoms separately from maintenance due. That distinction helps the advisor plan the time and initial authorization for the work you actually need.

Towing and load-related concerns deserve their own assessment
Tell us whether the truck was loaded, towing or driving empty when the problem occurred. Tires, brakes, driveline components, cooling and engine performance may need different assessments. Share hitch or upfit changes and any previous findings. Confirm whether the trailer or equipment needs to accompany the truck before bringing it.
Our service team can discuss routine pickup maintenance and more involved mechanical or electrical concerns. For a chassis cab, include the completed body, operating dimensions and equipment so supported work can be confirmed.
Diesel power, cooling and emissions-system diagnosis
Bonham works with Cummins-powered RAM trucks on fuel and injector concerns, turbo/boost performance, cooling, starting/charging and aftertreatment faults. Exact warning messages help distinguish the complaint, but they do not by themselves establish the failed part. Testing and inspection support the repair recommendation.
Mention towing, idle time and recent oil or fuel-filter service. Ask the team to confirm scope for non-RAM diesels or specialized commercial equipment.
Make the truck’s working conditions part of the record
For ranch, farm or trade vehicles, include what the truck carries, tows or powers. If an issue occurs only during a work cycle, the operating history helps the technician plan the assessment. We work toward prompt diagnosis and first-bay availability when possible for essential vehicles.
A clear approval contact matters once findings are ready. Discuss the estimate, parts needs and next update so the driver and business owner understand the same repair plan.

Plan the trip from Bells
Bells drivers can head east toward Bonham using US 82 or compare SH 56 from the actual starting address. US 69 connects Bells with the Denison area. Use live directions for the final approach to our North Center Street location.
If you expect to bring a trailer or large upfit, confirm access and diagnostic arrangements first. Do not bring extra equipment merely to demonstrate a concern without agreeing on a useful and safe assessment plan.
Questions before your visit
Should I bring my trailer for a truck diagnosis?
Ask the advisor first. Trailer information may be enough for planning, or the particular concern may require equipment to be present. Confirm access and what the assessment needs before arrival.
Can I request an alignment to fix a vibration?
Describe the vibration and request an assessment. Tire balance, tire condition, steering/suspension wear and braking issues can require different work; an alignment is not a universal cure.
Do you repair makes other than Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM?
Yes. Bonham welcomes all-makes maintenance and repair inquiries. Provide the vehicle and requested work so the team can confirm scope and any specialized requirements.
